The reporter learned from the Central Grain Reserve Work Conference held on the 5th: In 2015, Sinograin purchased a total of 175 million tons of policy-related grain for the whole year, marking the third consecutive year that purchases exceeded the 100 million ton scale and setting a new record high. A total of 18.5 million tons of policy-related grain were auctioned throughout the year, and the task of relocating 3 million tons across provinces was completed efficiently, one month ahead of the required deadline.

As of the end of November 2015, the total amount of grain and oil managed by Sinograin Corporation accounted for 75% of the national inventory, and total assets exceeded one trillion yuan for the first time. The enterprise's market control and influence continued to strengthen, and operational quality further improved. Inspection results organized by relevant state departments showed that in 2015 the account-reality conformity rate of central-authority grain managed by Sinograin was 100%, and the suitability-for-storage rate of central grain reserves remained above 95%.

In 2015, Sinograin reached a peak in investment in warehouse construction and warehouse maintenance, with an unprecedented scale of construction. Throughout the year, 187 central investment projects were implemented, with 23.1 billion jin of warehouse capacity built. The scale of newly added technology-based grain storage reached 15 million tons, and the application scope of grain storage technology further expanded. Through vigorous promotion of technology-based grain storage, the storage loss of central grain reserves dropped sharply from 1.33% in 2014 to 0.81% in 2015, directly reducing losses by about 400 million yuan.
