On July 25, 2014, the "National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index" compared with yesterday

According to monitoring by the Ministry of Agriculture, on July 25 the “National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index” was 205.03, down 1.02 points from yesterday, of which the “Vegetable Basket” Products Wholesale Price Index was 207.00, down 1.19 points from yesterday.

As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork in national agricultural products wholesale markets was 18.72 yuan/kg (the pork wholesale price index was 166.43), down 0.6% from yesterday;

Beef 54.11 yuan/kg, down 0.4% from yesterday;

Mutton 54.99 yuan/kg, down 0.8% from yesterday;

Eggs 10.19 yuan/kg, up 0.1% from yesterday;

Dressed chicken 14.70 yuan/kg, down 0.9% from yesterday.

The average price of the 28 key monitored vegetable varieties was 3.32 yuan/kg (the vegetable wholesale price index was 189.17), down 0.9% from yesterday;

The average price of the 7 key monitored fruit varieties was 6.45 yuan/kg, down 0.9% from yesterday.

The average price of crucian carp was 14.77 yuan/kg, down 0.7% from yesterday;

Common carp 12.00 yuan/kg, down 0.6% from yesterday;

Silver carp 7.12 yuan/kg, down 2.7% from yesterday;

Largehead hairtail 27.04 yuan/kg, up 0.7% from yesterday.

Today, among the 60 varieties under key monitoring in domestic fresh agricultural products wholesale markets, compared with yesterday the top five price increases were: cucumber, pineapple, celtuce, lettuce and tomato, with increases of 3.4%, 3.3%, 1.3%, 0.9% and 0.9% respectively; the top five price decreases were: white radish, pumpkin, rapeseed, green pepper and carrot, with decreases of 5.6%, 3.4%, 3.3%, 2.9% and 2.8% respectively.
