How to effectively prevent and control whiteflies on orchids
How to prevent and control orchid whiteflies
Whiteflies are small in body size, with white or other-colored waxy powdery substances covering the whole body, and they often harmorchidswith grassy leaves. Whiteflies often gather on the undersides of leaves, suck sap, cause poor growth of orchid plants, and often invite infection by diseases. Whiteflies reproduce quickly, so pesticides should be sprayed promptly. It is best to use 2.5% deltamethrin (emulsifiable concentrate) at a 2500-3000 times dilution to kill them.
