The challenge of promoting organic fertilizer needs to be solved urgently. Where is the way out?
As everyone knows, organic fertilizer is rich in various nutrient elements. It can not only prevent soil compaction, but also significantly improve the quality of grain, vegetables and fruit. However, due to many constraining factors, the current use rate of organic fertilizer is not high. If this problem cannot be well solved, it will not only constrain agricultural yield increases and farmers' income growth, but will also affect the sustainable development of agriculture.
Industry experts believe that efforts should be made in the following aspects to promote the application of organic fertilizer. First, increase publicity and guidance to raise farmers' awareness of using organic fertilizer; second, strengthen the supervision and management of organic fertilizer production enterprises to improve the quality of organic fertilizer; third, support and guidance from national policies are needed, using policy incentives to promote the popularization and application of commercial organic fertilizer; fourth, strengthen the gatekeeping of organic agricultural product certification, so that farmers who apply organic fertilizer truly receive good returns.
