On August 12, 2014, the "National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index" compared with yesterday

According to monitoring by the Ministry of Agriculture, on August 12 the “National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index” was 207.86, up 0.07 points from yesterday, of which the “Vegetable Basket” Products Wholesale Price Index was 210.28, up 0.03 points from yesterday.

As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork in the national agricultural products wholesale market was 19.67 yuan/kg (the pork wholesale price index was 169.83), up 0.3% from yesterday;

Beef 53.90 yuan/kg, down 0.6% from yesterday;

Mutton 54.73 yuan/kg, down 0.3% from yesterday;

Eggs 10.55 yuan/kg, up 1.1% from yesterday;

Dressed chicken 14.96 yuan/kg, down 1.0% from yesterday.

The average price of the 28 key monitored vegetables was 3.44 yuan/kg (the vegetable wholesale price index was 192.43), down 0.9% from yesterday;

The average price of the 7 key monitored fruits was 6.04 yuan/kg, up 0.7% from yesterday.

The average price of crucian carp was 15.17 yuan/kg, unchanged from yesterday;

Common carp 12.48 yuan/kg, down 1.6% from yesterday;

Silver carp 7.18 yuan/kg, down 1.5% from yesterday;

Largehead hairtail 27.20 yuan/kg, up 0.2% from yesterday.

Today, among the 60 varieties in the key monitoring of the domestic fresh agricultural products wholesale market, the top five price increases compared with yesterday were: yardlong beans, eggplant, watermelon, Kyoho grapes and tomatoes, with increases of 4.1%, 3.5%, 3.1%, 2.1% and 1.5% respectively; the top five price decreases were: oyster mushrooms, cabbage, lotus root, Chinese cabbage and onion, with decreases of 5.7%, 5.7%, 3.6%, 3.4% and 2.8% respectively.
