Those unexpected harvests in the fields

Unexpected harvests I happened to buy a plant at the marketorchid, and as soon as I got home I planted it in a flowerpot. More than a month later I noticed that theorchidin the pot had not changed at all, and the buds even seemed less plump than when I first bought it, so I searched Baidu for theorchid's habits and how to grow it. If I had not looked it up I would not have known, and what I found gave me a shock: my orchid might be close to drowning. I hurriedly turned over the soil, and the poor orchid roots were soaking wet, like a little animal that had fallen into the water. I held it in my hands with a pang of tenderness and stroked it for quite a while. Then I covered the leaves with newspaper and let the roots face the sun, and when the soil in the pot had dried out enough, I replanted it.
About a week later, one morning, I was overjoyed to find that the orchid shoot had shot up a good length. My heart was so thrilled that I circled the flowerpot celebrating for a long while. From then on I treasured it and kept thinking about it, afraid the sun would scorch it and wary of the rain soaking it, and sometimes I was even startled awake from my dreams. I think I had fallen in love withorchids.
As the weather grew warmer, the flower stem rose higher day by day, and the orchid leaves grew greener day by day. By early April on the solar calendar the orchid fragrance was overflowing. Before that I had only seen orchid plants, and had never seen an orchid flower. This time I witnessed the whole process of the orchid growing andblooming.

Now the flowering season has passed, and I still tend it carefully, longing for it to sprout new shoots again! What a wonderful thing it will be when the orchid sprouts?
