If traditional agriculture is version 1.0, then leisure agriculture is version 2.0. In recent years, leisure agriculture, which is based on agriculture, aimed at leisure, uses services as its means, targets urban tourists, and integrates production, sightseeing, leisure, tourism and more, has sprung up in our city, becoming an ideal path for improving the comprehensive benefits of agriculture and driving farmers' employment and income growth.

However, it is worth noting that while leisure agriculture in our city is developing rapidly, it has also exposed many weaknesses, for example, a single development model, insufficiently obvious characteristics, and severe homogenization, which cannot effectively attract repeat visitors. In addition, the corresponding hardware facilities and "soft services" also need to be strengthened.

In the author's view, the root cause of these problems is the lack of scientific planning. On the one hand, due to the arbitrariness and blindness of farmers and investors, many leisure agriculture projects in the same region have identical models; apart from those with special scenery or cultural features, the rest are largely the same. On the other hand, projects lacking overall planning are small in scale and low in efficiency, making it difficult to attract capital and talent, causing negative problems such as incomplete supporting facilities and missing service functions.

Therefore, in the author's view, to develop leisure agriculture, planning should come first, and layout should be carried out in a targeted way in light of specific local realities. Scientific planning and design should connect with urban development planning, tourism planning and so on, and fully consider factors such as resources and transportation. At the same time, specific project choices should also be planned in advance; by studying market demand and planning business models, the theme and characteristics should be distinct, so that tourists will not lose their sense of freshness. In addition, efforts should also be made to guide factors such as talent, capital and land to flow into leisure agriculture, and promote the upgrading of leisure agriculture.
