On September 17, 2014, the "National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index" compared with yesterday

According to monitoring by the Ministry of Agriculture, on September 17 the “National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index” was 204.43, up 0.50 points from yesterday, among which the “Vegetable Basket” Product Wholesale Price Index was 206.08, up 0.61 points from yesterday.

As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork in the national agricultural products wholesale market was 20.05 yuan/kg (the pork wholesale price index was 173.82), down 0.3% from yesterday;

Beef 54.45 yuan/kg, up 0.2% from yesterday;

Mutton 55.36 yuan/kg, up 0.9% from yesterday;

Eggs 11.16 yuan/kg, down 0.4% from yesterday;

Dressed chicken 15.98 yuan/kg, up 0.1% from yesterday.

The average price of the 28 key monitored vegetable varieties was 3.58 yuan/kg (the vegetable wholesale price index was 194.67), up 1.1% from yesterday;

The average price of the 7 key monitored fruit varieties was 5.56 yuan/kg, up 1.5% from yesterday.

The average price of crucian carp was 15.35 yuan/kg, up 1.0% from yesterday;

Common carp 12.63 yuan/kg, up 0.6% from yesterday;

Silver carp 7.14 yuan/kg, up 1.4% from yesterday;

Largehead hairtail 27.64 yuan/kg, up 1.8% from yesterday.

Today, among the 60 varieties of fresh and live agricultural products in the domestic wholesale market under key monitoring, compared with yesterday the top five price increases were: cucumber, rapeseed, ya pear, pineapple and lettuce, with increases of 5.6%, 4.4%, 4.2%, 3.8% and 3.4% respectively; the top five price decreases were: onion, cabbage, cauliflower, eggplant and scallion, with decreases of 2.4%, 1.9%, 1.3%, 1.1% and 0.9% respectively.
