Experience in revitalizing weak seedlings

As long as the seedling is healthy, give it as much sunlight as possible; don't be afraid of scorched leaf tips. With more sunlight, old leaves fade quickly, but the new shoots that emerge are also strong.
For old back-bulb seedlings, once new roots have formed, separate the new shoot from the old back-bulb in good time so that it has nothing to rely on.
The idea that weak seedlings should not be fertilized is misleading; as long as they are healthy, a dilute liquid fertilizer can be used once a week during the growing season.
With granular potting medium, don't insist on the saying "dry for orchids, wet for chrysanthemums"; especially in summer, water more.
