My hometown, Gutian County in Fujian, is the capital of edible fungi in China, and 90% of the world's silver ear mushroom is produced here.

In response to current food safety issues, I suggest everyone pay more attention to edible fungi. Almost all edible fungi production processes are safe and green, purely natural and pollution-free, and they are both delicious vegetables and health products that prevent disease and fight cancer.

This silver ear mushroom in my shop is home-cultivated, a new variety that has come out in recent years. It is rich in collagen, and its texture can rival the wild silver ear mushroom of years past. The soup is thick and smooth, nourishes the lungs and detoxifies, and supports health and beauty.

I run a four-diamond Taobao shop. The original price of silver ear mushroom is 56 per jin. Mention that you are a fellow orchid lover, and when you buy one jin you can get 1 jin of silver ear mushroom of the same quality free. Shipping is 15 yuan.
