On September 19, 2014, the "National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index" compared with yesterday

According to monitoring by the Ministry of Agriculture, on September 19 the “National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index” was 204.64, down 0.10 points from yesterday, of which the “Basket of Vegetables” Products Wholesale Price Index was 206.32, down 0.17 points from yesterday.

As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork at the national agricultural products wholesale market was 20.28 yuan/kg (the pork wholesale price index was 173.97), up 0.2% from yesterday;

Beef 54.16 yuan/kg, down 0.5% from yesterday;

Mutton 55.10 yuan/kg, down 0.1% from yesterday;

Eggs 11.22 yuan/kg, up 0.5% from yesterday;

Dressed chicken 15.75 yuan/kg, down 0.8% from yesterday.

The average price of the 28 key monitored vegetable varieties was 3.60 yuan/kg (the vegetable wholesale price index was 194.59), down 0.6% from yesterday;

The average price of the 7 key monitored fruit varieties was 5.59 yuan/kg, down 0.4% from yesterday.

The average price of crucian carp was 15.11 yuan/kg, down 0.9% from yesterday;

Common carp 12.51 yuan/kg, down 0.7% from yesterday;

Silver carp 7.22 yuan/kg, up 0.8% from yesterday;

Largehead hairtail 27.53 yuan/kg, unchanged from yesterday.

Today, among the 60 varieties under key monitoring at the domestic fresh agricultural products wholesale market, compared with yesterday the top five price increases were: lettuce, pineapple, white radish, cucumber and tomato, with increases of 3.6%, 3.5%, 3.1%, 2.6% and 2.5% respectively; the top five price decreases were: watermelon, Chinese cabbage, winter melon, Chinese chives and lotus root, with decreases of 5.4%, 4.8%, 4.6%, 3.9% and 3.0% respectively.
