Looking across the Yellow River Golden Triangle, the flower of agricultural cooperation blooms brilliantly across the vast land, with various advantageous resources merging and benefiting one another, and the vitality of various production factors bursting forth.
Recently, reporters interviewed our city's agricultural department and successively traveled to Yuncheng, Linfen and Weinan for interviews, gaining a deeper understanding of the "yesterday, today and tomorrow" of regional agricultural cooperation and development from a broader scope, wider field and deeper level.

Touring the Golden Triangle, gathering strength at Sanmenxia. The municipal party committee and municipal government attach great importance to agricultural development and have taken multiple measures to deepen agricultural cooperation in the Yellow River Golden Triangle region.
"Five mountains, four hills and one part plain" - our city is located in the hilly and mountainous area of western Henan, with very limited arable land. Therefore, fully utilizing natural conditions and vigorously developing characteristic agriculture such as livestock, fruit, mushrooms and tobacco is the necessary path. At present, our city firmly grasps characteristic agriculture as the main direction, grasps enriching the people and increasing income as the core task, grasps beautiful villages as the important carrier, grasps infrastructure as the fundamental guarantee, and grasps rural reform as the source of momentum, comprehensively and deeply advancing agricultural cooperation and development in the Yellow River Golden Triangle region.
Entering the hall of our city's Characteristic Agricultural Products E-commerce Center, one sees a dazzling array of various agricultural products, with online transactions very active. After years of unremitting efforts, our city's agricultural informatization work has already taken the lead in the Yellow River Golden Triangle region. Based in the Golden Triangle and oriented toward domestic and international markets, the municipal agricultural department relies on e-commerce to organize 15 major categories, 30 well-known brands and more than 200 varieties for centralized online sales activities.
When Municipal Party Secretary Yang Shuping visited the Municipal Characteristic Agricultural Products E-commerce Center for research, he emphasized the need to fully utilize the "3+1" policy superposition advantages, the major opportunities brought by the approval of the "Jin-Shaan-Yu Yellow River Golden Triangle Regional Cooperation Plan" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan") and the construction of the "Four Greats and One High," and to accelerate agricultural exchange and cooperation among the three provinces and four cities of the Yellow River Golden Triangle. It is necessary to organically combine and effectively utilize the agricultural product resources of the Yellow River Golden Triangle, provide services for agricultural product production and sales in the Golden Triangle region through the e-commerce platform, and strive to achieve resource sharing and win-win cooperation.
The municipal agricultural department, in accordance with the deployment of the municipal party committee and municipal government, proactively connects and actively acts. Two months ago, the Municipal Agriculture Bureau organized relevant personnel from information, fruit, quality inspection, plant protection and industrialization departments to visit Yuncheng, Linfen and Weinan for investigation and exchange on regional agricultural cooperation. Everyone reached a consensus and unanimously expressed that with the goal of achieving win-win cooperation, common development and increased farmer income, with the focus on integrating regional advantageous resources, innovating regional cooperation mechanisms and coordinating inter-regional interest relationships, and with promoting modern agricultural development as the starting point, cooperation and exchange should be further strengthened, cooperation mechanisms innovated, and efforts joined to advance the upgrading of modern characteristic agriculture.
In the urban and rural areas of Sanmenxia, a strong atmosphere of comprehensively deepening agricultural cooperation has already formed. The construction of large-scale customs clearance has brought convenience to agricultural product exports from the Yellow River Golden Triangle, greatly reducing customs clearance time for agricultural enterprises, lowering operating costs, seizing market opportunities and improving market competitiveness. The rise of the convention and exhibition economy has built a platform for the display and marketing of agricultural products from the Yellow River Golden Triangle. Many agricultural enterprises participated in the first two Special Products Expos, and multiple agricultural enterprises have already registered for the upcoming third Special Products Expo. Not only in the cities - Zhuyang Town in Lingbao City, located in a remote mountainous area, holds a walnut festival every autumn, loudly displaying the golden signboard of the "Yellow River Golden Triangle" to expand publicity and influence.
When talking about deepening agricultural cooperation, Song Sukua, deputy director of the Municipal Agriculture Bureau, said with deep feeling: "At present, deepening agricultural cooperation is entering an increasingly favorable stage, and the agriculture of the three provinces and four cities is highly complementary. Further strengthening agricultural cooperation is conducive to giving play to respective advantages and mutual benefit, and fully conforms to everyone's common interests."
At present and for a period to come, our city will closely follow the development goals, development positioning and overall spatial layout determined by the "Plan," stand at the overall situation, plan scientifically, highlight key points, develop in line with the trend, and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of modern characteristic agriculture. The whole city will grasp characteristic agriculture as the main direction, adhere to the working approach of adjusting structure, grasping characteristics and transforming methods, jump out of agriculture to grasp agriculture, plan agriculture with the concept of new-type industrialization, support agriculture with a modern operating system, and strive to use 3 to 5 years to amplify the advantages of characteristic agriculture, making a number of advantageous leading industries that play a dragon-head leading role in the Yellow River Golden Triangle region bigger and stronger, and making a number of modern agricultural industrialization clusters and a number of modern agricultural demonstration parks bigger and stronger.

In recent years, Yuncheng City has actively explored and practiced regional agricultural cooperation. The fruit industry is an important component of Yuncheng's agriculture. Wang Hongwei, director of the Yuncheng City Fruit Industry Development Center, is very optimistic about fruit industry cooperation. He said: "From joint conferences, the apple culture festival, electronic trading platforms and juice processing research to the establishment of the fruit industry development association... over many years, a series of cooperation among the three provinces and four cities has built a very good platform."
In Yuncheng, reporters specially interviewed Lu Shisheng, director of the office of the Yellow River Golden Triangle Regional Coordinated Development Pilot Zone. Speaking about agricultural cooperation, he said with deep understanding: "Agricultural cooperation has many years of experience. Taking apples as an example, Yuncheng, Linfen, Sanmenxia and Weinan are all located in a geographical belt around 35° north latitude, and rainfall, sunlight, altitude and diurnal temperature differences are all suitable for apple production. At present, the four cities have 4 million mu of apple planting area, with an annual output of 4 billion kg. More than 20 juice enterprises in the region produce 720,000 tons of concentrated apple juice annually, accounting for more than half of the national output. This has formed the world's largest concentrated apple juice export location."
