How to reduce and avoid two rots? A few of my views
My views on reducing and avoiding two rots

I have been growing orchids for more than ten years now. In the first 4 or 5 years of growing orchids, two rots rarely occurred. As my orchid-growing years increased, I thought my orchid-growing skills had improved qualitatively. From that time on, high-priced orchids kept taking up residence in my garden, and two rots also frequently troubled me. After several years of observation, I summarize as follows:
Here let us not first discuss the introduction stage, but directly cut to the theme of management. How should one manage in order to reduce and avoid two rots?
When talking about reducing and avoiding two rots, one has to mention the macro environment for growing orchids. If the macro environment is good, no matter how you fuss over them, two rots will simply be few!
In a specific environment, such as growing orchids on a platform, how can two rots be reduced and avoided? I will not talk here about things like ventilation, whether to shade, or how to water. Everyone knows to just follow the characteristics of orchids!
Everyone take note: the most important things for reducing and avoiding two rots are the following three points:
1. Do not fertilize or fertilize less! For orchids grown before, the roots were long and numerous, which did not feel good. Since I began fertilizing, two rots have increased. This is absolutely true.
2. Do not divide clumps or divide clumps less! After high-priced orchids increased, I always wanted to raise the seedling production rate. Having no other trick, I always thought of dividing clumps. The more clumps are divided, the more two rots occur.
3. Do not repot or repot less! Prepare the potting medium all at once. However you want to manage, prepare a potting medium suited to your management, rather than preparing the medium first and then figuring out how to manage it. A person's habits are very hard to change. As long as the plants grow normally, do not frequently move or shift them. Orchids also need a stable home.
Everyone is welcome to discuss. Thank you!
