On September 29, 2014, the "National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index" compared with yesterday

According to monitoring by the Ministry of Agriculture, on September 29 the “National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index” was 204.29, down 1.88 points from yesterday; among this, the “Vegetable Basket” Products Wholesale Price Index was 205.86, down 2.27 points from yesterday.

As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork at the national agricultural products wholesale market was 20.08 yuan/kg (the pork wholesale price index was 173.62), down 0.1% from yesterday;

Beef 54.40 yuan/kg, down 0.2% from yesterday;

Mutton 55.04 yuan/kg, down 0.6% from yesterday;

Eggs 10.86 yuan/kg, down 0.7% from yesterday;

Dressed chicken 15.73 yuan/kg, up 0.6% from yesterday.

The average price of the 28 key monitored vegetables was 3.63 yuan/kg (the vegetable wholesale price index was 195.10), down 0.3% from yesterday;

The average price of the 7 key monitored fruits was 5.47 yuan/kg, down 1.6% from yesterday.

The average price of crucian carp was 15.15 yuan/kg, up 3.2% from yesterday;

Common carp 12.43 yuan/kg, up 2.1% from yesterday;

Silver carp 7.32 yuan/kg, up 5.0% from yesterday;

Largehead hairtail 27.81 yuan/kg, down 1.8% from yesterday.

Today, among the 60 varieties of fresh and live agricultural products monitored at domestic wholesale markets, compared with yesterday the top five price increases were: winter melon, silver carp, watermelon, pumpkin and crucian carp, with increases of 6.0%, 5.0%, 4.0%, 4.0% and 3.2% respectively; the top five price decreases were: ya pear, rapeseed, pineapple, lettuce and spinach, with decreases of 6.2%, 4.9%, 4.6%, 3.8% and 3.6% respectively.
