On October 10, 2014, the "National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index" compared with yesterday

As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork at national agricultural products wholesale markets was 19.65 yuan/kg (the pork wholesale price index was 173.17), down 0.6% from yesterday;

Beef was 54.62 yuan/kg, basically flat from yesterday;

Mutton was 55.13 yuan/kg, basically flat from yesterday;

Eggs were 10.56 yuan/kg, down 0.8% from yesterday;

Dressed chicken was 15.70 yuan/kg, up 2.7% from yesterday.

The average price of the 28 key monitored vegetables was 3.61 yuan/kg (the vegetable wholesale price index was 192.23), down 0.6% from yesterday;

The average price of the 7 key monitored fruits was 5.45 yuan/kg, down 0.4% from yesterday.

The average price of crucian carp was 14.94 yuan/kg, up 0.1% from yesterday;

Common carp was 12.21 yuan/kg, up 0.2% from yesterday;

Silver carp was 7.05 yuan/kg, down 1.4% from yesterday;

Largehead hairtail was 28.16 yuan/kg, up 1.3% from yesterday.

Today, among the 60 key monitored varieties at domestic fresh agricultural products wholesale markets, the top five price increases compared with yesterday were: watermelon, dressed chicken, yardlong bean, eggplant and grass carp, with increases of 3.1%, 2.7%, 2.2%, 2.2% and 1.7% respectively; the top five price decreases were: pineapple, celtuce, oyster mushroom, spinach and lotus root, with decreases of 4.0%, 3.3%, 3.2%, 2.9% and 2.9% respectively.
