On October 22, 2014, the "National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index" compared with yesterday

According to monitoring by the Ministry of Agriculture, on October 22 the “National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index” was 199.24, down 0.22 points from yesterday, among which the “Vegetable Basket” Products Wholesale Price Index was 199.88, down 0.21 points from yesterday.

As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork in national agricultural products wholesale markets was 19.52 yuan/kg (the pork wholesale price index was 171.97), down 0.1% from yesterday;

Beef 54.54 yuan/kg, up 0.2% from yesterday;

Mutton 55.05 yuan/kg, down 0.2% from yesterday;

Eggs 10.48 yuan/kg, down 0.6% from yesterday;

Dressed chicken 15.46 yuan/kg, up 0.8% from yesterday.

The average price of the 28 key monitored vegetables was 3.48 yuan/kg (the vegetable wholesale price index was 179.93), down 0.3% from yesterday;

The average price of the 7 key monitored fruits was 5.46 yuan/kg, down 0.4% from yesterday.

The average price of crucian carp was 14.33 yuan/kg, down 2.3% from yesterday;

Common carp 11.95 yuan/kg, down 1.2% from yesterday;

Silver carp 6.95 yuan/kg, unchanged from yesterday;

Largehead hairtail 27.78 yuan/kg, basically unchanged from yesterday.

Today, among the 60 varieties under key monitoring in domestic fresh agricultural products wholesale markets, compared with yesterday the top five price increases were: cabbage, Ya pear, watermelon, winter melon and green pepper, with increases of 3.2%, 2.9%, 2.6%, 2.3% and 2.0% respectively; the top five price decreases were: oyster mushroom, pineapple, rapeseed, Fuji apple and crucian carp, with decreases of 3.4%, 2.6%, 2.6%, 2.4% and 2.3% respectively.
