On October 31, 2014, the "National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index" compared with yesterday

According to monitoring by the Ministry of Agriculture, on October 31 the “National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index” was 196.20, down 0.46 points from yesterday, of which the “Vegetable Basket” Products Wholesale Price Index was 196.10, down 0.44 points from yesterday.

As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork at the national agricultural products wholesale market was 19.42 yuan/kg (the pork wholesale price index was 169.96), down 0.4% from yesterday;

Beef was 54.51 yuan/kg, unchanged from yesterday;

Mutton was 54.76 yuan/kg, down 0.5% from yesterday;

Eggs were 10.50 yuan/kg, up 0.4% from yesterday;

Dressed chicken was 15.39 yuan/kg, down 0.1% from yesterday.

The average price of the 28 key monitored vegetables was 3.34 yuan/kg (the vegetable wholesale price index was 167.31), up 1.2% from yesterday;

The average price of the 7 key monitored fruits was 5.52 yuan/kg, up 0.5% from yesterday.

The average price of crucian carp was 14.23 yuan/kg, up 0.9% from yesterday;

Common carp was 12.26 yuan/kg, up 1.8% from yesterday;

Silver carp was 7.06 yuan/kg, down 0.8% from yesterday;

Largehead hairtail was 27.54 yuan/kg, down 0.4% from yesterday.

Today, among the 60 varieties in the key monitoring of the domestic fresh agricultural products wholesale market, compared with yesterday, the top five price increases were: zucchini, watermelon, Chinese chives, cauliflower and cabbage, with increases of 3.9%, 3.8%, 3.6%, 3.6% and 3.4% respectively; the top five price decreases were: celtuce, ya pear, silver carp, carrot and scallion, with decreases of 1.4%, 1.3%, 0.8%, 0.6% and 0.5% respectively.
