On December 23, 2015, the "National Agricultural Wholesale Price Index" compared with yesterday

According to monitoring by the Ministry of Agriculture, on December 23 the “National Agricultural Wholesale Price Index” was 202.41, down 0.39 points from yesterday, among which the “Vegetable Basket” Product Wholesale Price Index was 203.67, down 0.49 points from yesterday.

As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork in national agricultural wholesale markets was 22.56 yuan/kg (the pork wholesale price index was 176.29), down 0.6% from yesterday;

Beef 54.19 yuan/kg, up 0.4% from yesterday;

Mutton 46.37 yuan/kg, basically flat compared with yesterday;

Eggs 8.00 yuan/kg, down 0.4% from yesterday;

Dressed chicken 14.60 yuan/kg, up 0.1% from yesterday.

The average price of the 28 key monitored vegetables was 4.14 yuan/kg (the vegetable wholesale price index was 228.13), down 1.2% from yesterday;

The average price of the 7 key monitored fruits was 4.94 yuan/kg, flat compared with yesterday;

The average price of crucian carp was 14.31 yuan/kg, up 1.1% from yesterday;

Common carp 11.94 yuan/kg, up 1.2% from yesterday;

Silver carp 7.27 yuan/kg, up 1.5% from yesterday;

Largehead hairtail 28.35 yuan/kg, up 2.0% from yesterday.

Today, among the 60 varieties under key monitoring in domestic fresh agricultural product wholesale markets, the top five price increases compared with yesterday were: pineapple, ya pear, largehead hairtail, silver carp and grass carp, with increases of 4.2%, 2.1%, 2.0%, 1.5% and 1.4% respectively; the top five price decreases were: white radish, Chinese cabbage, celery, Kyoho grape and pumpkin, with decreases of 4.3%, 4.3%, 2.5%, 2.5% and 2.4% respectively.
