11 ports nationwide approved as designated ports for imports of chilled fresh aquatic products

The reporter learned from the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine that recently, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine published the "List of Ports for Inspection and Quarantine of Imported Chilled Fresh Aquatic Products," and 11 ports nationwide officially became designated ports for imports of chilled fresh aquatic products.

According to the introduction, the 11 ports approved for the qualification to import chilled fresh aquatic products are: Xiamen Haicang Port, Xiamen Dongdu Port, Zhuhai Jiuzhou Port, Pingtan Port Aoqian Port Area, Shenzhen Bay Port, Wenjindu Port, Shenzhen Airport Port, Shekou Port, Pudong International Airport Inspection Station Port, Dayaowan Port and Rongcheng Longyan Port. This is not only conducive to expanding imports of chilled fresh aquatic products, but can also rely on the upgrading of seaport, airport and land transport functions to expand imports of high-end chilled fresh aquatic products, open up channels for enriching the variety of local "vegetable baskets," and is of great significance for further promoting China's trade in chilled fresh aquatic products.
