On November 24, 2014, the "National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index" compared with last week

According to monitoring by the Ministry of Agriculture, on November 24 the “National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index” was 196.81, up 0.93 points from last Friday, among which the “vegetable basket” product wholesale price index was 196.93, up 1.19 points from last Friday.

As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork in the national agricultural products wholesale market was 19.28 yuan/kg (the pork wholesale price index was 169.28), down 0.2% from last Friday;

Beef 54.15 yuan/kg, up 0.1% from last Friday;

Mutton 54.06 yuan/kg, up 0.1% from last Friday;

Eggs 10.26 yuan/kg, down 0.2% from last Friday;

Dressed chicken 15.00 yuan/kg, down 0.1% from last Friday.

The average price of the 28 key monitored vegetables was 3.44 yuan/kg (the vegetable wholesale price index was 174.54), up 0.6% from last Friday;

The average price of the 7 key monitored fruits was 5.25 yuan/kg, up 0.8% from last Friday.

The average price of crucian carp was 13.97 yuan/kg, down 0.4% from last Friday;

Common carp 12.00 yuan/kg, down 0.8% from last Friday;

Silver carp 6.77 yuan/kg, down 1.2% from last Friday;

Largehead hairtail 27.54 yuan/kg, up 0.9% from last Friday.

Today, among the 60 varieties under key monitoring in the domestic fresh agricultural products wholesale market, compared with last Friday the top five price increases were: Chinese chives, zucchini, cucumber, cowpea and lettuce, with increases of 11.1%, 7.1%, 5.0%, 4.9% and 4.4% respectively; the top five price decreases were: oyster mushroom, Welsh onion, carrot, Ya pear and onion, with decreases of 5.9%, 2.6%, 2.5%, 2.0% and 1.9% respectively.
