Professional brokers that previously existed only in urban property rights transactions will increasingly appear in the rural property rights trading markets of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and even across the country. The reporter has learned that Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement on the rural property rights trading market in Beijing, and officially launched the recruitment of rural property rights brokers.

The parties that signed this agreement include the Beijing Rural Property Rights Exchange, the Tianjin Rural Property Rights Exchange, and the rural property rights exchanges of Qiu County and Luanping County in Hebei Province. All parties will strengthen exchanges in areas such as systems, talent, and technology, and deepen cooperation in joint information disclosure, business exchange and learning, promotion of key projects, introduction of investors, sharing of member resources, and market research. In the future, synchronized rural property rights trading information across Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei will become the norm, and they will also jointly explore the establishment of an industry self-regulatory association.

It is understood that the rural property rights trading markets in Beijing and Tianjin have been established for more than 4 years, and county-level rural property rights trading institutions in Handan, Chengde, and other places in Hebei have been established successively in the past two years. At present, there is no professionally certified rural property rights broker team in China. Existing brokers each focus on different areas of professional knowledge, making it difficult to meet the complex, professional, and increasingly standardized needs of rural property rights transactions.

To this end, on the basis of strategic cooperation among all parties, the Beijing Rural Property Rights Exchange and the Beijing Brokers Association simultaneously signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement to cooperate on the recruitment, training, certification, and management of rural property rights brokers, striving to cultivate for the national rural property rights trading market a team of professional brokers who are familiar with rural factor resource information, knowledgeable, cultured, skilled, legally literate, capable of management, trustworthy, and able to fully apply modern information tools.
