Grain and oil products should develop toward "palatability and health" On April 8, at the 2015 first presidents' office (expanded) meeting of the Oils and Fats Branch of the Chinese Cereals and Oils Association held in Changsha, Wang Ruiyuan, president of the Oils and Fats Branch of the Chinese Cereals and Oils Association, pointed out that China's grain and oil industry must continue to uphold safety and quality first for grain and oil products, and continue to advocate "nutritionally healthy consumption" and "moderate processing." Grain and oil processing enterprises must, at all times and under all circumstances, put product quality and safety first. On the premise of the safety of grain and oil products, processed grain and oil products should take "palatability, nutrition, health and convenience" as their future development direction.
