In recent years, as the number of new types of agricultural business entities such as farmers' cooperatives and family farms has continued to increase, agricultural production has shown a gradual trend from farmers working alone to close organizational cooperation. However, the new types of agricultural business entities that are springing up like bamboo shoots after rain generally suffer from problems such as small organizational scale, weak economic strength, low management levels, and poor risk resistance.

At present, some places are integrating the strength of farmers' cooperatives, establishing cooperative associations, and implementing a production model of unified pre-production procurement, unified mid-production services, and unified post-production sales, guiding farmers toward large-scale, industrialized operation. This business model, which lets farmers develop in groups and enables new types of agricultural business entities to gather their strength, is conducive to promoting the integration of small production with the large market and to boosting agricultural efficiency and farmers' incomes. In my view, efforts should focus on three aspects to provide guidance and promote improvement.

On the one hand, build organizations by relying on leading enterprises. On the basis of clearly understanding the development status of new types of agricultural business entities, select leaders with strong strength, good momentum, and great potential, increase policy preferences and financial support, and help them grow bigger and stronger. On this basis, establish similar industry association organizations, absorb more farmers' cooperatives or family farms as members, and establish mechanisms for resource sharing and risk sharing, so as to achieve the development effect of sailing out to sea together and gathering in groups.

On the other hand, improve services through intensive operation. Government functional departments should increase service efforts in land transfer, farmers' cooperative approval, and other areas, providing guarantees for the development and growth of new types of agricultural business entities. Association organizations should rely on the radiation and driving advantages of leading enterprises to provide other farmers' cooperatives or family farms with all-round services such as financing, procurement, production, and management, guide member units to use geographical resources, develop ecological agriculture and efficient facility agriculture, and continuously enhance the competitive strength of new types of agricultural business entities.

Third, they should develop in groups to venture into the market. Accelerate the building of the rural broker workforce, connect with operational sales markets, carry out unified packaging, unified branding, and unified sales of agricultural products, gradually build an agricultural industrialization pattern integrating planting, breeding, processing, and sales, focus on building agricultural brands, rely on brand advantages to capture the market and reduce risks, and let the broad masses gain tangible benefits.
