On April 29, 2015, the "National Wholesale Price Index for Agricultural Products" compared with yesterday

According to monitoring by the Ministry of Agriculture, on April 29 the “National Wholesale Price Index for Agricultural Products” was 200.87, down 1.41 points from yesterday, among which the “basket of vegetables” product wholesale price index was 201.61, down 1.63 points from yesterday.

As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork at wholesale markets for agricultural products nationwide was 18.42 yuan/kg (the pork wholesale price index was 160.95), up 0.2% from yesterday;

Beef 53.89 yuan/kg, down 0.1% from yesterday;

Mutton 49.72 yuan/kg, down 0.7% from yesterday;

Eggs 7.54 yuan/kg, down 0.4% from yesterday;

Dressed chicken 15.17 yuan/kg, up 0.8% from yesterday.

The average price of the 28 key monitored vegetable varieties was 3.66 yuan/kg (the vegetable wholesale price index was 203.43), down 2.4% from yesterday;

The average price of the 7 key monitored fruit varieties was 6.21 yuan/kg, down 0.2% from yesterday.

The average price of crucian carp was 13.54 yuan/kg, down 0.5% from yesterday;

Common carp 13.18 yuan/kg, down 1.1% from yesterday;

Silver carp 6.92 yuan/kg, down 0.7% from yesterday;

Largehead hairtail 27.76 yuan/kg, unchanged from yesterday.

Today, among the 60 varieties under key monitoring at wholesale markets for fresh and live agricultural products nationwide, compared with yesterday the top five price increases were: mandarin orange, banana, spinach, dressed chicken and bighead carp, with increases of 3.3%, 1.6%, 1.4%, 0.8% and 0.7% respectively; the top five price decreases were: zucchini, lettuce, cauliflower, Chinese cabbage and rapeseed greens, with decreases of 11.3%, 8.2%, 5.8%, 5.1% and 4.8% respectively.
