Announcement No. 2113 Issued by the Ministry of Agriculture

Pursuant to the provisions of laws and regulations including the Seed Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Safety Administration of Agricultural Genetically Modified Organisms, the Regulations on the Protection of New Varieties of Plants, the Measures for the Administration of Licenses for the Production and Operation of Crop Seeds, and the Provisions on Licenses for the Production and Operation of Genetically Modified Cotton Seeds, approval is granted for the issuance of the Crop Seed Operation License to 29 enterprises including Hunan Hope Seed Technology Co., Ltd. (see the list of enterprises in the forty-second batch of the Crop Seed Operation License), and approval is granted for the issuance of the Genetically Modified Cotton Seed Production License to 3 enterprises including Zhongdi Seed Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. (see the list of enterprises in the thirty-second batch of the Genetically Modified Cotton Seed Production License).
