On May 12, 2015, the "National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index" compared with yesterday

According to monitoring by the Ministry of Agriculture, on May 12 the “National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index” was 198.98, up 0.80 points from yesterday, among which the “Vegetable Basket” Products Wholesale Price Index was 199.50, up 1.24 points from yesterday.

As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork in national agricultural products wholesale markets was 18.72 yuan/kg (the pork wholesale price index was 162.64), up 0.3% from yesterday;

Beef 54.03 yuan/kg, up 0.1% from yesterday;

Mutton 49.72 yuan/kg, up 0.2% from yesterday;

Eggs 7.46 yuan/kg, up 0.1% from yesterday;

Dressed chicken 14.74 yuan/kg, down 0.9% from yesterday.

The average price of 28 key monitored vegetables was 3.40 yuan/kg (the vegetable wholesale price index was 191.34), down 0.9% from yesterday;

The average price of 7 key monitored fruits was 6.54 yuan/kg, up 1.4% from yesterday.

The average price of crucian carp was 13.73 yuan/kg, down 0.7% from yesterday;

Common carp 13.27 yuan/kg, down 1.4% from yesterday;

Silver carp 6.88 yuan/kg, down 2.8% from yesterday;

Largehead hairtail 27.60 yuan/kg, down 0.9% from yesterday.

Today, among the 60 varieties of fresh and live agricultural products in domestic wholesale markets under key monitoring, the top five price increases compared with yesterday were: pineapple, eggplant, Ya pear, mandarin orange and oyster mushroom, with increases of 4.3%, 3.1%, 2.9%, 2.9% and 2.7% respectively; the top five price decreases were: celtuce, zucchini, green pepper, carrot and lettuce, with decreases of 4.2%, 4.1%, 3.6%, 3.2% and 3.0% respectively.
