According to monitoring by the Ministry of Agriculture, on May 13 the “National Agricultural Products Wholesale Price Index” was 198.99, up 0.01 points from yesterday,

As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork at national agricultural products wholesale markets was 18.78 yuan/kg (pork wholesale price index 162.59), up 0.3% from yesterday;

Beef 53.95 yuan/kg, down 0.1% from yesterday;

Mutton 49.70 yuan/kg, basically flat from yesterday;

Eggs 7.46 yuan/kg, flat from yesterday;

Dressed chicken 14.69 yuan/kg, down 0.3% from yesterday.

The average price of 28 key monitored vegetables was 3.41 yuan/kg (vegetable wholesale price index 193.37), up 0.3% from yesterday;

The average price of 7 key monitored fruits was 6.56 yuan/kg, up 0.3% from yesterday.

The average price of crucian carp was 13.75 yuan/kg, up 0.1% from yesterday;

Common carp 13.34 yuan/kg, up 0.5% from yesterday;

Silver carp 7.07 yuan/kg, up 2.8% from yesterday;

Largehead hairtail 27.77 yuan/kg, up 0.6% from yesterday.

Today, among the 60 varieties key monitored in the domestic fresh agricultural products wholesale market, the top five price increases compared with yesterday were: Welsh onion, Ya pear, mandarin orange, zucchini and cauliflower, with increases of 4.1%, 4.1%, 3.5%, 3.0% and 3.0% respectively; the top five price decreases were: onion, Kyoho grape, green pepper, shiitake mushroom and celery, with decreases of 2.4%, 2.3%, 1.4%, 1.3% and 1.0% respectively.
