Announcement No. 2111 of the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China

According to the Seed Law of the People's Republic of China and the Measures for the Administration of the Assessment of Crop Seed Quality Inspection Institutions and other relevant provisions, upon assessment by our Ministry, the Yunnan Provincial Crop Seed Quality Supervision and Testing Center and 4 other crop seed inspection institutions possess the basic conditions and capabilities to carry out crop seed inspection externally, are approved as qualified seed inspection institutions, and are issued the Certificate of Qualification for Crop Seed Quality Inspection Institutions of the People's Republic of China, and are permitted to use the qualification mark of crop seed quality inspection institutions within the scope of the approved seed inspection items; the Heilongjiang Provincial Crop Seed Quality Supervision and Testing Center possesses the capability for variety authenticity testing, is approved to add the corresponding inspection items, and its seed inspection institution qualification certificate is agreed to be changed accordingly.
