Notice on the Publication of the Implementation Plan for the Minimum Purchase Prices of Wheat and Rice

In order to implement the spirit of the Several Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Increasing the Intensity of Reform and Innovation and Accelerating the Construction of Agricultural Modernization (Zhong Fa [2015] No. 1), to do a good job in the purchase of wheat and rice in 2015, to stabilize market prices, and to effectively protect the interests of grain-growing farmers, with the approval of the State Council, the Implementation Plan for the Minimum Purchase Prices of Wheat and Rice in 2015 is hereby issued to you for compliance and implementation.

All relevant localities, departments and units must attach great importance to this work, and in accordance with the requirements of the plan, make careful arrangements, thorough deployments and close coordination, and conscientiously do a good job in organizing and implementing the implementation plan for wheat and rice.
