Guangdong Provincial Oceanic and Fishery Administration: Your bureau's "Request for Instructions on Changing the Issuer of Fishing Licenses" (Yue Hai Yu [2014] No. 35) has been received. Upon study, it is agreed that the issuer of fishing licenses in Guangdong Province be changed to Yang Wenkui, with validity until December 31, 2015. Chen Wen

Upon study, it is agreed that the issuer of fishing licenses in Guangdong Province be changed to Yang Wenkui, with validity until December 31, 2015. The qualification of Chen Wen as issuer of fishing licenses is terminated from the date of issuance of this document.
