Announcement No. 2103 of the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China

In accordance with the provisions of the Animal Husbandry Law of the People's Republic of China and the Measures for the Administration of Licenses for the Production of Livestock Genetic Materials, and after examination, evaluation and quality testing, 3 units including Ningxia Sizheng Stud Cattle Breeding Co., Ltd. are approved to engage in the production and operation of frozen bovine semen. The Livestock and Poultry Breeding Production and Operation License is hereby issued (for the scope of production and operation, see Annex 1; for the list of qualified stud bulls accepted by each relevant unit, see Annex 2), valid for 3 years. From the date of issuance of this Announcement, the original license shall automatically become invalid.
