Agricultural business giants focus on Internet+ agriculture development
From September 19 to 20, the "2015 International Agricultural Business Brand Development Forum" will be held in Beijing, focusing on "building an agricultural-business integration platform and catching the fast train of enterprise integration." Officials from the Ministry of Agriculture, renowned Chinese and foreign economists, and officials from the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization will also attend.
This forum is hosted by the China High-Quality Agricultural Products Development and Service Association, the China Brand Development Promotion Association, the China Agricultural Products Market Association, and the China Agricultural Industrialization Leading Enterprises Association.
Chen Songmei, Director of the Brand Department of the China High-Quality Agricultural Products Development and Service Association, introduced that the forum focuses on eight major modules, including the current situation and breakthroughs of agricultural business, the future agricultural development framework, and agricultural Internet+ development. It showcases the overview of contemporary Chinese agricultural business, objectively analyzes the current situation of China's contemporary agriculture, and takes the comprehensive integration of agriculture and business as the starting point to explore the operational path for the integration of agriculture and business.
It was mentioned that agricultural modernization and "Internet+" have become national strategies. The China High-Quality Agricultural Products Development and Service Association will use the "High-Quality Agricultural Products Trust System" to build a comprehensive platform integrating "Internet + agriculture + channels + technology + services," ensuring the traceability of all agricultural products, reshaping the entire industry development innovation of agricultural enterprise management models, product sales control models, supply chain development models, and e-commerce business models, and also reshaping the production methods of traditional agriculture.
At the same time, top experts and government officials from the United States, Russia, Japan, the Netherlands, Germany, Israel, Australia, Hungary, and other countries will explain the current development status of agricultural business at the meeting, and use authoritative data to share successful industry experience, the application of new technologies, innovation in business models, as well as the comprehensive integration of the industrial chain and industry needs, and exchange views on topics such as "the business environment of various countries" and "product cultural differences in agricultural trade among various countries."
In response to the weak links in the number of agricultural brands and brand value, the forum also added a government exhibition segment, where high-quality agricultural products will be displayed and tasted on site.
