The branch has taken multiple measures to intensify oversight of agricultural product quality and safety and crack down on illegal and non-compliant behavior. Using every available effective channel, it vigorously publicizes laws, regulations and related knowledge on agricultural product quality and safety through radio and television, WeChat official accounts, mobile phone text messages, large square screens, and printed technical materials. On this basis, it has established and improved a three-level agricultural product quality and safety oversight network comprising the company, management districts and operation stations, moved the focus of oversight forward, and relocated the testing center down to the fields. The company as a whole strives to advance standardized agricultural production, with emphasis on implementing standards for production area environment, safety control, seedling cultivation, production procedures, product upgrading, specification packaging, and quality traceability, comprehensively promotes efficient, ecological, safe and intensive new technologies and new models, and uses pilot sites to drive broader adoption, promoting the spread of standardized production technology for agricultural product quality and safety. In conjunction with the construction of a national standardized production base for green food raw materials (rice), it actively expands the overall scale of the "Three Products and One Standard."
