When the leaf buds emerge, the edges carry purplish-red crystal, and the purple veins run clearly through the leaves. From the central leaf to the left and right leaves, 1-3 leaves often show extensive clustered butterfly-like transformation, with obvious colorful patches, beautiful and striking. Willow-leaf outer petals, the petal color is pure white, crystal clear. Among the three outer petals, the midrib is bright red, and the lateral veins are emerald green; red and green veins are distributed across them, making them appear especially elegant and jade-pure. The two petals are dignified, with bright red colorful patches leaping upon them; the upper colorful patch forms an inverted "V" shape, while the lower part is scattered with varying density, brilliant in color and richly varied. The red color contrasts with the white background, just like dots of neon, and also like colorful clouds fluttering, gorgeously stunning, making people linger and forget to return, unaware of being in the human world; possessing it is like entering a fairyland. Sometimes three leaves carry butterfly transformation at the same time, making it even more delicate and charming. Leaf butterfly has also become the signature characteristic of "Lan Xiang Zhi Xing" in trade. This variety has bloomed again over several years, with stable traits, and is an excellent butterfly-type flower of the leaf-butterfly colorful-petal category in Cymbidium tortisepalum.
