Beijing Daxing District Plant Protection Station provides guidance for winter watermelon and other vegetable production

Recently, the Beijing area experienced a sharp drop in temperature, but this is also a critical period for greenhouse seedling cultivation and vegetable production. Technical personnel from the Daxing District Plant Protection Station went deep into the Panggezhuang and Lixian vegetable bases to carry out technical guidance on watermelon seedling cultivation and vegetable production. In response to damping-off disease in watermelon seedlings, tomato leaf mold, and other issues, they put forward suggestions to strengthen greenhouse temperature and humidity management, carry out reasonable ventilation, and conduct chemical control. Through this guidance, they promoted timely control by farmers.
