Selenium-enriched garlic in Ping'an District leads the development of the selenium-enriched industry, and its reputation continues to grow. In order to effectively increase farmers' income, order-based agricultural production is carried out, and garlic cultivation is shifting from traditional agriculture to economic agriculture. The Ping'an District Agriculture and Science Bureau made early arrangements, early deployments, and careful organization, transporting 10 tons of improved purple-skinned garlic seed from Ili, Xinjiang, and actively reserving high-quality purple-skinned garlic seed to lay a solid foundation for spring sowing.

At the beginning of spring sowing, the garlic seed will be provided uniformly to growers in all townships across the district. To ensure centralized, large-scale, and branded garlic cultivation, planting will be advanced as a whole with villages as units, ensuring that the preliminary preparations for garlic cultivation are fully in place. Professional technical personnel will then be assigned to provide professional guidance, so that every grower can master new techniques and new methods for garlic cultivation, ensuring yield, achieving agricultural efficiency, and increasing farmers' income.
