Changhua Mei is relatively tolerant of fertilizer and must open moist to produce a good flower form, so fertilizer must not be lacking at ordinary times. One week before flowering, more water should be sprayed, and after the petals open, a thorough watering should be given together with the flower. After three days, the petals will fold forward and turn, after which drier management should be carried out.
