Characteristics and Appreciation Points of the Duang Hong He Cymbidium goeringii Variety

Orchids 0 views
In 1990, a Hu family orchid grower in Tangdi, Shaoxing, discovered this lotus-petal variety in the same mountain where "Hong Taiyang Baoding" had been found. It is a large-flowered variety; the three outer petals are broad, with constricted bases and flared tips, and the shoulders droop only slightly, by about one fen. On the large, square white lip, the red "U"-shaped marking is brilliant and grand.
