Bred by Lin Caijiong of Ningbo.
The leaves are slanting and upright, jade green; the bud sheaths are quicksilver red, with obvious white heads and white edges. The flower's three outer petals are round like large waves, and the holding petals, tongue, and column are fused into one, commonly known as "fist plum". It often produces two flowers on one scape, and is easy to cultivate.
The fragrance is pure, making it a very distinctive new plum masterpiece.
