A Cymbidium goeringii from Sichuan, selected in the early days by Mr. Mo Daixiang, an orchid grower from Dujiangyan, Sichuan. The leaves are medium-wide, drooping and ring-shaped, the shoots are water-red, and the flower is a multicolored peach-shaped narcissus type. The flower color is changeable, mostly multicolored, and it is also said that pure-colored ones have appeared. A relatively famous one is called "Red Crown" (said to be a variant separated from Guanshen by Mr. Mo Daixiang). The flowers can rise above the leaves, mostly double flowers, with a strong fragrance. When first opened, the shape is rather attractive; after a long time the petals elongate, but overall the flower form remains unchanged. In different environments, it may produce different flower shapes, and a sudden change in environmental temperature will also produce different blooms.
