Jinshi City, Hunan edible fungi appear at the 8th Changde Agricultural Products Fair

Recently, the 8th Changde High-Quality Agricultural Products Exhibition and Fair was held at the Changde Sports Center. Jinshi organized a total of 12 enterprises to participate in the exhibition. On the opening day, products such as Heping Bio king oyster mushrooms, Shilin Bio shiitake mushrooms, Meng Jiangnv ginger candy, and Jinjia Rabbit Industry were deeply loved by residents and sold briskly.

This fair was conducted through market operation, government subsidies, and rewards for superior products. Compared with previous years, this year's fair featured higher-grade products, more varieties, and better quality, with more than 300 participating enterprises in total, among which edible fungi products were especially favored by consumers.

It is understood that edible fungi such as king oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms are nutrient-rich agricultural products with medicinal effects including lowering serum cholesterol, improving blood microcirculation, increasing the blood's oxygen-carrying capacity, and enhancing the liver's detoxification ability.
