The construction of this market fills the gap of the county's lack of a large-scale agricultural wholesale market, and it is also the county's only large-scale “Vegetable Basket” public-benefit project for agricultural and sideline products. To a great extent, it solves the long-standing problem of urban residents finding it difficult to buy and sell agricultural and sideline products, can effectively meet the “vegetable basket” daily needs of more than 100,000 residents in the urban area, and can drive employment for nearly 2000 people in the surrounding area.
