Cymbidium goeringii cultivar 'Bai Song Su', also known as 'Song He Su'

'Bai Song Su', also known as 'Song He Su'. An old famous cultivar from before the War of Resistance, the earliest record of it appears in "Orchid Spectrum"; it returned to China in 1995, though it cannot be ruled out that domestic orchid growers had it in circulation. Yixiang Ju received one plant as a gift from a friend, and when it bloomed, they still did not know what it was, which always weighed on their mind. Now it has finally been properly identified, and I am very happy!   When I asked last time, everyone gave two answers: 'Yue Pei Su' and 'Lu Zhu Su'. 'Yue Pei Su' cannot be it; even though some orchid friends stubbornly insist it is, the leaf shape is very different.   'Lu Zhu Su', also known as 'Yun He Su', has been in circulation domestically; its plant form resembles a somewhat larger 'Lü Yun', and I also have this flower. There are photos showing that what I say is not false. Below are records of 'Song He Su' ('Bai Song Su') shown in some old materials: "Bai Song Su" first appears in "Lan Hua Pu", with a simple description: "This cultivar is a pure solid-colored flower with round, large blooms." No image. This book has one image of "Song He Su", but no description. "Shaoxing Orchid Culture" describes "Bai Song Su" as follows: "The three outer sepals have long feet, narrow at the base and broad at the tip, with green veins on the sepals; the column is tight, and the lip is white and rolled."
