This flower was obtained by chance in 2003 by the father of Xiaobai's Daodao family. At that time there were only two seedlings, one old and one new (the old plant bore a flower bud and had already been separated into a small row). The bud was plump and round, a joy to hold and admire. Yet due to poor management, after a rain shower, the new plant and the flower bud collapsed together, to the whole family's deep sorrow. Only one old stump remained, carefully tended year after year, fearing any further mishap. During this period, because the seedling was weak and frail, it never bloomed again, gradually becoming a matter of anxiety; to this day, it has grown to more than ten seedlings, among which 4 strong seedlings bear two flower buds, huge and perfectly round, showing a strong potential for a great burst of growth after long accumulation.
