1. Before planting, clean away dead and rotten roots, dry the surface of the roots, then plant with a special orchid growing medium. Remember one thing: when planting, you must expose the pseudobulb. When planting, leave a larger space beside the new shoots, so that when they sprout the overall look will be better.
2. Ventilation, this is a must for orchid growth, especially above 30 degrees. If ventilation is poor, the shoots will very easily rot. Orchids cannot be exposed to strong light.
3. For watering, beginners can use the soaking method, about 10 minutes or so. This will water the orchid thoroughly. Do not water just because the stones on the surface look dry; you must grasp whether the inside is dry too, and only then can you water. When watering, do not pour into the shoot core, otherwise the shoots will also rot. In weather above 30 degrees, it is best to water at night with good ventilation.
4. Do not always think about tinkering with this and that. Many beginners are too diligent, and in the end this causes death.
