Shaoguan Fuhe originates from Xinfeng County, Shaoguan. Back then it cost 18,000 per seedling. The flowers are large and rise above the leaves, a rare good lotus-type orchid. This flower did not bloom well, and the lip is poor. The leaf material of this orchid is very similar to the Xinfeng He discovered in earlier years, and the flower size is about the same, but based on my own observation, the leaf texture of Fuhe is more emerald green than that of Xinfeng He, and the flowers it produces are more brilliantly colored than those of Xinfeng He. Because the year of discovery is recent, the sprouting rate is not very high and the quantity is currently small. Because the quantity is small, it is very easy for unscrupulous people to sell Xinfeng He as Fuhe, "and the prices differ." This is a weak seedling blooming; if it were a strong seedling, it would generally have 6 to 8 flowers or more. "Fuhe" is said to have been named by Professor Liu Qingyong.
