Guozhen Ruidie, formerly named Yinzhen Ruidie, was selected by a local female orchid enthusiast named Yinzhen in Ganlan Town, Zhoushan, Zhejiang, and is a fellow native of the classic cultivar Ruidin. The plant is short, sturdy and elegant; when the seedlings are strong they produce butterfly-form flowers, and sometimes they open four lips.
