Another Hansu from Zhuangyan Orchid Garden has finally bloomed in all its beauty under the expectant gaze of many orchid enthusiasts. The color is tender yellow, translucent as jade, the five petals have clear double rims, the flower is large and rises above the leaves, sparsely and elegantly arranged. The overall proportions are harmonious, natural and poised. It is just like the legendary Jianlan Suxin "Yuzhensu".
In September it was collected from the mountain with flower buds, the seedling condition was rather poor, looking forward to even better reblooming next year. I like her cheerfulness and sunshine, natural and poised yet never losing propriety, and she is an authentic Sanming grass, with a certain symbolic connection to the mascot (Mingming) of the 12th World Hakka Conference held in Sanming, hence the name "Ming".
