Drunken Red Su: This flower originates from within Honghe, Yunnan. It is a new variety discovered in 2009. From the seedling stage this flower is purple-red, and as it grows it shows purple-red veins. The leaf shape mainly displays the characteristics of Douban Orchid, while the flower form mainly displays the characteristics of Cymbidium goeringii (Spring Orchid). It is a purely natural hybrid type between Douban Orchid and Spring Orchid. The characteristic of this flower is its rosy-red flower color and bright red petals, just like a drunken imperial concubine, with a delicate rosy flush, which is why it is called "Drunken Red Su". The flower opens with a single-character shoulder, the outer petals form a Ruyi narcissus petal shape, the tongue is large and round, and the Ruyi lip naturally curls slightly at the edges.
