Introduction to the Cymbidium 'Dongdimohe' Variety

Tissue-cultured variety, a "tech orchid". Dongdimohe belongs to the dwarf Cymbidium goeringii var. longibracteatum (Chunjian) with round lotus-petal form and a strong fragrance. It can produce extremely precious nearly true-round petals; the flowers are delicately bright and lovely, with the three outer petals short, round, thick and fleshy, the texture fine, smooth and enchanting, and the flower color carrying pink petals that are charming and moving. The round lotus flower form is stable and very graceful, with a subtle and elegant fragrance of noble and refined character; under sufficient light it can produce purplish-red flowers.
